Yeah, that's right! I'm kicking it's butt! lol! I'm getting faster and can go longer on it now. I usually am walking(really fast) for about 35-40 minutes now about 4 or 5 nights a week. I haven't weighed myself in a while, but I am feeling better, and that's what counts. I'm not totally dead anymore when I get off the treadmill...I actually feel pretty good. So that's awesome!! Now if I could just take the best fat burners that I have, I would be doing really good. I guess I need to get the bottle out and set it somewhere where I'll remember to take it. I have a huge problem with "out of sight, out of mind." So I think I'm gonna go do that right now...lol!
