We rented out our house!!!!! Granted its for only half the cost of our house payment, but its something. The family renting it our friends of ours, that we've known since we were both kids. So I don't think we'll have to worry about anything there. They are very nice people. They have 2 young boys and were living in a small apartment. Two boys + apartment= not good..lol! They couldn't be boys and just run around! They can now though, so that's cool. They have a yard of their own to run in all they want. I'm sure their mom will love that..lol

So over the last week or so they've been moving stuff into the new house, little by little. Luckily they are moving a very short distance...there lucky, cause long distance moving is a lot more involved, ya know, moving trucks and stuff. I think they are all moved in now, so that's good.

So I'm happy, it helps us out, it helps them out....and two boys are very, VERY happy...
